Why this exists

The same payment does two jobs.

A listing buys a public slot. After processor fees, 50% of net goes to an organization that needs the money. The other half runs the board. Large organizations and new sites use the same rules. Rank is what you pay. We do not sell traffic.

On the board

Promotion, in public

You paste a website, app, or social profile and pay a whole-dollar placement fee. Whoever paid more sits higher. A new site can sit above a famous organization. Follower count does not move rank.

Large organizations that want the same visibility pay the same way. One payment fills All-time, Today, Daily, and every type, category, and home-geo view that listing belongs to. You get a public product page and the clicks we recorded here. Not customers we sent.

50% net split

Off the board

Funds, where they are needed

Half of net placement fees go to the National Children’s Fund. That work needs operating money. We are not their partner, sponsor, or agency. We donate through their public channel and publish receipts on the ledger.

This is a company donation, not your tax-deductible gift at checkout. Rank still shows the full amount you paid. Accrued is money we owe. Donated is only after transfer. Failed payments never appear.

Both sides

Why this can be a win on both sides

Same board

Small and large use one list

A famous brand cannot bury a smaller listing except by paying more. That is the point. Promotion is priced. It is not a popularity contest, and it is not a private media buy.

Same fee

Attention pays the fund

Demand for a public slot becomes a transfer to Children’s Fund. The listing still gets what it paid for. The fund gets a stream tied to real demand, with a receipt, not a logo partnership.

Same record

Nothing is off-books

Rank is the amount paid. Stats are clicks recorded on MomentShift. Giveback is 50% of net, on a public ledger. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

What we sell

Ranked placement

You buy ranking ads from MomentShift. No goods lot, escrow, or seller payout. This is not an auction house. Money settles here. Then we split net 50/50: the fund, and running the board.

What we do not sell

Traffic, votes, grants, or customers

This is not Product Hunt. There is no vote. This is not an ad network. Paying for rank does not buy a grant, a donation credit, or traffic we invent. If someone pays more, you drop. Today resets at midnight UTC.

The loop

Paste. Pay. Shift.

  1. 1Paste a URL, store link, or @handle. Type is detected. You pick a category.
  2. 2Pay whole dollars. New listings start at $10. #1 on that board needs +$5. Raising the same listing charges only the difference.
  3. 3Rank moves when payment clears. No refunds. Half of net accrues to Children’s Fund until transfer. Receipts live on the ledger.

Giveback

Half the net, on the record

After processor fees, the company donates 50% of net placement fees to the National Children’s Fund. Transfer happens at the $500 threshold. Until then it stays accrued. Receipts appear after a transfer.
