Rank is what you pay. Everything else is a filter.

MomentShift keeps a simple pay-to-rank loop: paste an identity, pay a whole-dollar amount, sit higher than whoever paid less. Sort order is the amount paid. Never votes, never a quality score, never click counts.

Type boards (website, iOS, X), category rooms, and open home-geo boards are the same listings, filtered. A $50 payment on a site listed as India appears on the global board, the Websites board, its category, and India if that geo is open. No second charge.

Raising the same listing charges only the difference. New listings start at $10. Taking #1 on a board needs +$5 over the current leader on that board. Rank moves when payment clears. If someone pays more while you check out, you still land wherever that amount can take.
