This Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that customers feel confident in using MomentShift, a product of Daydecoder Private Limited, while also protecting the company from potential misuse of its services.

1. Free Forever Plan

MomentShift offers a Free Forever Plan to help users explore core features at no cost. No payment details are required to use this plan. Since users are not charged, no refunds apply to the Free Forever Plan.

2. Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise)

Once a user subscribes to any of MomentShift’s paid plans, including Starter, Growth, or Enterprise, no refunds will be issued. We encourage all users to try the Free Forever Plan first to evaluate the platform before upgrading.

Users may cancel their paid subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges for the ongoing billing period will not be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All charges related to:

  • Paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise)
  • Add-ons or integrations
  • One-time setup or onboarding services

are non-refundable due to the nature of the services and associated operational costs.

4. Technical Issues

If a user encounters persistent technical issues that prevent the proper use of MomentShift, and these issues are verified by our support team, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of MomentShift.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

For any unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users must contact us at support@momentshift.com immediately. Verified claims will be fully refunded.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds are provided unless approved under special circumstances.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, users must email us at support@momentshift.com, including:

  • Full name
  • Account email
  • Transaction details
  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

8. Amendments to this Policy

MomentShift reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on momentshift.com.

9. Legal Compliance

This policy is in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations. Users are encouraged to also review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for a full understanding of their rights and obligations.
