Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

6. Payment and Subscriptions
Momentshift is offered via paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Understand that fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.
Downgrading or canceling your plan will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until then.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- We receive complaints or evidence of spam, abuse, or misuse.
- You fail to make timely payments.
You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will end at the end of your current billing cycle.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Momentshift and DAYDECODER PRIVATE LIMITED are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
